Thank you for shopping at the Fun Merch Company. Please read this policy page carefully.
Returns and Exchanges:
To help you shop with confidence we offer a Full 30 Day returns and exchange policy from the date of purchase.
At Funmerch.co we support real artists in real time! Because our focus is on custom designs and trendsetting, we hold limited goods in stock, with most products being produced to order. While this strategy reduces waste, each order is, essentially a custom order, so all returns must be authorised. Thank you for your understanding.
To activate authorisation for a return or exchange:

Make sure that you include your order number in the return/exchange request and submit in writing, the reason for your request. We will respond to your request within 5 business days.
Please note we accept no responsibility for goods returned without authorisation.
Return and Exchange Conditions:
- Our return and exchange window lasts 30 days from the date of order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not authorise your request.
- Returns will be issued with a shop credit (in the form of a gift voucher) or an exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (not worn and unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with labels attached.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
- Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable/software products, some health and personal care items.
- Sale items cannot be refunded.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If your request is authorised a return address will be supplied if deemed necessary.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs incurred for returning items remain the responsibility of the purchaser and are not covered or reimbursed by Funmerch.co.
- Exchanges are not available for International purchases. Authorised International returns are eligible for a credit note/gift voucher, only as deemed reasonable.
- You will be charged for the new item’s shipping costs.
- Store credits and/or gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for it to be processed.
Exchanges:
Incorrect size ordered
We have provided size guides with every apparel item to ensure that you order the correct size for your needs. However, mistakes can occur and we understand.
Please take the time to carefully consider size requirements when ordering apparel and always order carefully. The above returns and exchanges conditions apply.
Damaged / Defective Goods:
Of course, if a product was to arrive damaged, or with an error, we would appreciate prompt communication via email at info@funmerch.co and no later than 21 days after receipt, so we can arrange a replacement. We also require a photograph of the damaged goods so that we can redeem the purchase. Thank you.
Garments are deemed defective where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable timeframe subject to proof of purchase and does not include washing issues.
Printing Errors can occur. If an error has occurred, and you are not happy with the print job, please take a photo of the item as soon as you receive it and email us at info@funmerch.co again no later than 21 days after receipt, so we can get it sorted!
Cancellations:
Cancellations can only be effective before orders are processed (i.e. before items are printed on) and all refunds issued exclude transaction fees associated with payment processing. Again, thanks for your understanding.
Quality Is Key.
Because our designs are made by real artists we prefer to use quality, sustainably made products whenever possible. Enjoy!
International Customers:
We are a global community and our methods of production allow us to share our uniquely Aussie flavoured brand of humour with the world! Where we can, orders are fulfilled within your country of origin, however if you specifically want a product not available in your home country, we can get it to you, but we cannot be responsible for any resulting customs fees. Longer wait times are to be expected. Again, thanks for your understanding.
Please note, our manufacturer is not currently able to ship to North Korea, Cuba or Iran.
Exchanges are not available for International returns. Authorised International returns are eligible for credit note/gift voucher, only as deemed reasonable.
Australian Returns:
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted, and items lost in transit to us, remain the responsibility of the purchaser and we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes. We recommend the use of tracking numbers.
Refunds:
Upon receipt of any authorised retun requesting a refund, we will issue notification, including wether your request has been approved or denied. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit note/gift voucher will be emailed to you. Please allow 5-10 working days from receipt of your return.
Lost in Transit:
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the parcel will be returned and you will be liable for redelivery costs once an updated address has been confirmed, if applicable.
- Unclaimed – Parcels that are unclaimed will be returned and you will be liable for the cost of subsequent postage if applicable.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 28 days after the estimated delivery date. To initiate a claim email us at info@funmerch.co with the heading, initiate a lost in transit claim and please include an order number. We’ll get back to you within 5 business days.
Part Order received:
Please be patient, it is possible that your purchases have been sent out in different orders/packages. You may have placed an International order to fulfil your request, or part of your order may be produced in a different country. Delivery modes are determined to minimize your shipping costs.
